Project Manager - Generalist
Technical support professional needed who will project manage field technicians at a customer’s site to facilitate the installation, service, and maintenance on a variety of systems. Individual must be able to multi-task, provide strategies on service delivery, and maintain a high level of customer service. Attention to detail, excellent communication/facilitation skills, and a commitment to excellence are all a must.
Seeking qualified candidates with experience in the facilitation of installation, service, and maintenance services for various servers, workstations, and laptops as well as peripheral devices (scanners, printers, etc.). Candidates should also possess a sound understanding of multiple operating systems, network typologies, and other software/tools. A+ and/or Network+ certifications are a plus. This position will be housed in a help desk environment with multiple technicians providing the same types of services for many different types of equipment and platforms. Technical Account Manager - IBM Support
Highly motivated individual needed to provide hardware and operating system support to a growing customer base in a team environment.
Qualified candidates will have at least three years experience with the following: IBM RS600, Pseries, I series, AIX/Unix, Linux , PLM (Partition Load Manager), AIX/WLM (Workload Manager) server partitioning, server consolidation, migration from RS to Pseries, clustering, Virtual I/P server. Applicants must have the ability to configure hardware and software, troubleshoot hardware problems, installation and upgrade of hardware, and diagnose failed hardware components and guide the replacement of the failed part(s). Technical Account Manager - Microsoft Support

Technical Account Manager - HP UX
Leverage your midrange technical and customer support experience to join this growing provider of maintenance services. Provides client technical support, field engineer and parts management to facilitate the installation, service, and maintenance of a variety of systems. Exceptional opportunity to grow your cross technology base working with a diverse team supporting technologies across a broad and diverse customer base. Very low travel requirements!
 

Expertise in HP 9000 system preferred, as well as HP UX operating system. 3+ years OS and hardware experience including hands on knowledge of HP platforms. 5+ years customer facing field service and/or technical support experience. Talent for multi-tasking, shifting priorities swiftly, making decisions quickly and providing overall good judgment in decision making.Strong attention to detail and solid communication/facilitation skills.

Certification(s) are a plus. Includes, but not limited to: A+, Network+, MCP, MCSE, CCNA, HP-UX 11i v3 CSA, Additional hands-on experience with various Microsoft platforms and networks is beneficial.

Printer Repair Technician
Duties include diagnosing, repair, and cleaning of a multitude of printers. All repairs are done in-house, no travel will be necessary.
Candidate should have experience repairing any of the following: Okidata Dot Matrix, HP Laser, Lexmark Laser, Zebra Thermal, Texas Instrument Dot Matrix. Candidates with experience repairing other printers, and copiers will also be considered. Must be A+ certified and have at least 2 years related experience. All other certifications is a plus but not mandatory. All IT related training and technical repair certifications will be considered and matched for required services expected. Computer Repair Technician
Qualified comptuer repair technician needed to perform in house repairs on workstations, servers and notebooks. Will be required to diagnose, repair and reload a wide variety of computers. Must be detailed, efficient, multitasking, and have the ability to adjust priorities quickly.

Logistics Coordinator
Highly motivated individual needed to pull, pack, ship, stock, and receive computer parts and peripherals using FedEx, UPS, Airborne, and LTL carriers. Also, perform daily data entry responsibilities on internal systems.
This position requires dependability, promptness, strong attention to detail and follow-through, the ability to multitask, and adjust priorities quickly. Applicant should have basic computer skills, be able to type a minimum of 30 wpm, and possess experience with MS Word and Excel. Applicant will need to be able to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis.

Working hours (depending upon position) are 9:00AM to 6:00PM or 11:00AM to 8:00PM, Monday through Friday, but can often vary due to work load. Occasional Saturday work is required. Applicant must have a high school education and 3 to 5 years experience in a shipping, receiving, and inventory control work environment. Applicant should be able to provide three references with at least one of them qualifying his or her experience for the referenced job description. Inventory Control Coordinator
Individual needed to evaluate, establish, and maintain inventory levels for on-site and off-site inventory locations, as well as perform cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies, stock products, generate reports, and assist in other areas of the department as needed. Candidates must have 5 years of planning and scheduling experience in a manufacturing and/ or distribution environment, a strong knowledge and proven experience using material planning methodologies. Strong attention to detail and solid communication/facilitation skills. Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, ASP, and WMS). Effective oral and written communication skills. Talent for multi-tasking, shifting priorities swiftly, making decisions quickly and providing overall good judgment in decision making. Experience using Microsoft Access, experience in production planning, and/ or having an APICS certification is preferred.

The hours for this position are 9:00AM to 6:00PM Monday through Friday, but can vary based on business need. Occasional Saturday and after hours work is required. Performing the essential functions of this job may require the incumbent to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds; to work in tight or awkward spaces, such as under desks; to move back and forth within and between office and equipment rooms; and to see color.
