Sampath leads a team of dedicated support and technical professionals who deliver valuable services and customer support to Tech Force’s client base. Detailed responsibilities include creating the strategy, programs, and support infrastructure needed to ensure quality service delivery.

Prior to joining Tech Force she spent ten years in the Managed Care Industry where most of her time was spent in Operations and Finance. As the previous Associate Executive Director at Principal Health Care of Georgia and Chief Operating Officer of VMT she brings a proven track record of managing change and growth in high visibility areas. Her expertise in Process Re-engineering, Cost-Containment and Business Intelligence Transfer has brought substantial savings in Provider Contracting, IT Outsource Contracting and Process Efficiencies. Ms. Sampath is highly skilled in determining and correcting operational inefficiencies. Her incredibly high standards are fueled by her drive to make a difference on a daily basis.

Sampath holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University Of San Diego, a Masters in Health Services Administration from George Washington University, current Doctoral Pursuit in Health Policy while also holding Total Quality Management and Executive Managed Care Certifications.

Sampath believes that education and mentoring is the key to the future in both the Health Care and Information Technology Industries. With this passion she is also an Adjunct Professor in the Business and Health Service Management Programs of a Local University.
